The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Architech Business Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us”) governing your purchase and use of The Career Intelligence Method (the “course”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them.
Your account and license
- A purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the course. Sign-in links and access are yours alone — don’t share them.
- You’re responsible for keeping your email account secure, since it is how you sign in.
Payment and the guarantee
- The course is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price shown when you buy.
- 14-day guarantee. Do the work in Module 2 — actually finish it and look at what it produced. If the artifact isn’t worth what you paid, email support@webarchitechs.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You keep everything you built. We don’t ask you to justify it and we don’t argue — one email is enough.
- The one thing we ask: complete at least one module first. The guarantee exists so that not knowing whether it works isn’t a reason to stay stuck, and it can only do that if you’ve seen the work.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes where required.
Your content and ours
- What you build is yours. Your resume, your intake answers, your exercise responses, and the documents the course generates for you belong to you. Use them however you want, forever, including after a refund.
- The course itself is ours. Lessons, frameworks, prompts, rubrics, software, and design are the intellectual property of Architech Business Consulting, LLC. Don’t copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, systematically export, or reverse-engineer the course or its underlying prompts.
What this course does not do
- It does not get you interviews, and it does not promise a job, a callback, a salary outcome, or a timeline. It helps you build the case for yourself. What a hiring committee does with that case is outside anyone’s control, including ours.
- It is not a recruiting or placement service. We do not submit you to employers and we have no relationships with hiring companies.
- The output is AI-generated from what you tell it. It is educational guidance to sharpen your own judgment — it is not legal, financial, tax, or employment-law advice, and it can be wrong. Check anything consequential with a qualified professional, and read anything it drafts before you send it anywhere.
Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to extract the course’s internal prompts or evaluation criteria.
- Don’t use bots or automation to scrape content or abuse the AI features.
- Don’t submit unlawful content, or someone else’s resume as your own, or use the course to harm others.
- We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. If we do so before you’ve had a fair chance to use what you paid for, we refund you.
Availability and changes
The course is self-paced and we work to keep it available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We improve content and features over time and may modify or retire elements of the experience; we won’t materially reduce what a purchase includes without a fair remedy.
Disclaimers and liability
The course is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Architech Business Consulting, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
