8 artifacts you use tomorrow.

Personal pitch. Optimized resume. Networking messages. Counter-offer letter. Not theory — tools.

Built for the next chapter

Senior professionals changing roles, industries, or chapters.

The exercises meet you in your history and targets — never a generic job-seeker template.

Industry switchers

You can do the work — the market still asks why your sector looks different.

You leave with: ARCH scripts that reframe the objection before it sticks.

Leaders between seats

A strong resume that still dies in ATS, and a LinkedIn profile that does not get found.

You leave with: An optimized primary resume and a Boolean hunting kit.

Leaders after a gap

The gap is real. The alibi-length explanation makes it worse.

You leave with: A tight Acknowledge → Redirect → Confirm → Hold delivery.

Executives leveling up

You have stories — they sound rehearsed, or they never flex to the question asked.

You leave with: Five modular Proof Stories with Modular Method openings and closes.

Candidates at offer stage

You leave money on the table because fairness language feels safer than a business case.

You leave with: Lever targets, ROI framing, and a counter-offer letter.

New hires before Day 1

You won the seat. Now you need a plan that signals leadership immediately.

You leave with: A custom 30/60/90 with stakeholders and quick wins.

Same method, your targets. If you are changing seats at the executive level, the course adapts to it.

How it works

Parse your history, then lock targets, salary, liabilities, and raw Proof Stories.

Build eight career artifacts

Build eight career artifacts

Pitch, resume, LinkedIn, outreach, ARCH scripts, interview stories, negotiation, 30/60/90.

Practice the conversations

Step 3

Voice drills for pitch, objections, mock interviews, and hard negotiation lines.

Eight artifacts you will build

Module 1 · The Pitch

The Elevation

How you present from every angle — 90 seconds, one line, and the pillars underneath

The Signal Plan

Headline, positioning, and the search strings that surface you first

Position

The Pitch, The Resume Machine

Define who you are for the roles you want, then build a primary resume that clears ATS and still reads like an executive wrote it.

Connect

The Search System, The Bridge

Become findable, search with Boolean intent, and open conversations with the Bridge Method.

Convert

The Reframe, The Interview

Reframe liabilities and deliver modular Proof Stories under live interview pressure.

Close

The Negotiation, The Launch Plan

Negotiate total compensation, then walk in with a Day-1 30/60/90 plan.

You control what leaves the course.

Resume text, outreach drafts, and interview scripts stay in your course memory until you choose to publish or send them.

Nothing messages LinkedIn, email, or employers on your behalf. Voice audio is used for coaching in-session — not shared outward.

Every artifact you build belongs to you. Download it, refine it, or delete it.

Questions

What this cannot do

  • It cannot get you interviews. It has no relationships with employers, no recruiter network, and no way to put you in front of anyone.
  • It cannot network for you. It will help you write the message; you still have to send it, and the sending is the hard part.
  • It does not know whether posting publicly is safe inside your current company. Only you know that, and we would rather you assumed it is not.
  • It does not know your industry the way someone on its hiring committees does. It reads what you give it and reasons about the documents.
  • It is AI, and it can be wrong. Read anything it drafts before it goes anywhere. If something it says about your history is not true, it is not true, and you are the authority.

Everything above is the kind of thing a sales page leaves out. It is here because if you find it out later instead, you will be right to stop trusting the rest.
